I've worked with Tom Morrissey for the last four years and have received nothing but exceptional service. He is probably one of the smartest people I know. He has been more than generous with his time. Tom has gone above and beyond for my family during a terrible time. I cannot think of anyone else I would want on my side. I highly recommend Thomas A. Morrissey as not only a great lawyer, but a great person.
If you are looking for an attorney who will give you individual attention and is very knowledgeable on the law, I highly recommend Tom Morrissey. I know firsthand that he will work very hard to get a decent settlement for your injury because he loves to help people and enjoys his work. He was very good at communicating with me regarding the status of my case (which isn't always the case with other lawyers from larger firms) so I always knew what was going on. Along with being a good lawyer he is conscientious and a good listener. I recommend…
Tom is an absolute professional. From the beginning, he had a calming presence and was able to answer all my questions. After being seriously injured at work, Tom was on my side, dealing with my employer, medical bills and everything related, so I could focus on recovering. After physical therapy, he was able to fight for my interests, resulting in excellent compensation based on my situation. I cannot thank Tom enough, and recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and assertive professional.
Tom worked very well with the opposing attorney and helped to develop a connection with the person who brought the suit against us.
Great lawyer. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
Referred by a lawyer friend, I found Mr. Morrissey to be highly personable, he put my fears at ease - that's important to me. He also was spot on in telling me how the case would go. Most importantly, he got me great results. He is trustworthy, intelligent and worldly.
Thomas Morrissey is a true professional. After being seriously injured at work, Thomas protected my interests and helped me get the care from a provider I preferred. Throughout my 5 month rehabilitation, I was able to focus on recovery, while Thomas dealt with all the red tape from my employer and medical bills. After recovery, Thomas fought to get me the maximum amount of compensation I deserved based on the permanence of my injury. I would recommend Thomas Morrissey to my closest family and friends.
Great law office.
Tom just completed my case which had extenuating circumstances. It has been almost two years since my accident in which I was struck by a vehicle. Tom was patient and thorough in pursuing my case and my husband and I were very satisfied with his services and result.
Tom helped me to get restitution in my case. He also went above and beyond in helping me with other legal matters that he didn't have to do. I wasn't sure at first as this was all new to me. Though Tom took his time and showed me how the process would benefit in the end, and it did. Tom is very knowledgeable and proved to me all the options I had and fought with the hospitals so I could get the help I needed. I would ask for his help again plus recommend him to others. Thanks again, Tom.
Mr. Morrissey helped us get an outstanding settlement on our lawsuit regarding getting hurt on the job.

Mr. Morrissey came highly recommended by a friend. When my family encountered the unfortunate situation in needing legal advice it was an uncertain time for all of us. Due to the diligent representation by Mr. Morrissey, we have received our workman compensation checks in a timely manner, therefore putting our minds at ease. I highly recommend Mr. Morrissey not only for his knowledge of the law but for his passion and commitment to my family.
